Upon her return to Canada, Cartier held senior-level positions within several major Canadian corporations. It was during this time that she identified a troubling systemic flaw: a profound lack of access to justice for those without substantial financial means.

Witnessing how the legal system often favors the wealthy, she redefined her professional mission. She chose to return to school and become a Licensed Paralegal, dedicated to providing a voice and expert representation for those who need it most.
